Male Breast Reduction (Gynecomastia)

This male body builder had true gynecomastia, which is a hypertrophy of glandular breast tissue with minimal to no fatty component. An excision of this tissue located beneath the nipple areola complex was performed through a periareolar incision.

He has an excellent improvement in his contour with an undetectable scar. No excision of skin was required.
