Microblading

Thick, lush brows are today’s favorite look. If you weren’t born thick eyebrows or they brows fell victim to the pencil-thin trends of the 1990s, there’s hope. Microblading is a procedure to create long-lasting, natural-looking brows. A form of tattooing, hair-like strokes of pigment are carefully implanted beneath your skin. The procedure is performed by a skilled professional, as the strokes are applied with a handheld tool.

What is microblading?

Your eyebrows play an important role in the overall allure of your face, attracting attention to your eyes. Sadly, not everyone was born with gorgeous, balanced brows. If you have sparse brows and have accepted the fact that you need to fill in your eyebrows each morning, we have great news. Microblading is a long-lasting application creating brows that are the perfect frame for your eyes. Microblading is personalized procedure that creates the best shape for your eyebrows to balance your facial features without fussy pencils or powders.

Practice Policy Update Regarding COVID-19

Dear Patients:

At The Clinic for Plastic Surgery, your health and the health of our employees is always our first concern. As we continue to practice the highest standard of infection control in our office, we ask that our patients assist in germ prevention. If you feel ill, please call our office before coming in. Our office continues to review all of the CDC’s best practices and recommendations as they are released. In addition, please ensure you are following the guidelines we have instituted, listed below:

  • We currently ask all patients with appointments (both surgery and spa) to please contact us before coming in if they or anyone in their household has had a fever within the last 24 hours of their appointment.
  • We also ask that anyone travelling outside of the United States please follow the CDC’s guidelines before coming into our office.
  • We ask that all patients try to limit the number of friends/family members they bring into the office with them to one guest per patient.

When in doubt, please call us. Remember to practice good hand washing techniques and stay informed (CDC’s website). Our in-office consultations will be available again starting May 11th; however, virtual consultations remain available for anyone who would prefer that method.

We hope that all of our patients and their families remain healthy, and we ask for your support and cooperation during this time.
